Ideali is a fundraising platform that helps individuals, startups, nonprofits, and organizations raise funds online through secure, transparent, and easy-to-manage campaigns—all from one dashboard.

Anyone can use the platform, including:

There’s no setup or subscription fee, and no platform fee on donations and memberships. Only the standard payment processing fee applies. Event pricing is listed separately.

Donors can contribute securely using:

  • Credit / Debit Cards 
  • Bank Transfer 
  • Apple Pay  
  • Google Pay 

Payments go straight to your connected Stripe account, and Ideali never holds your money.

  • Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay: can reach your bank within 24 hours, usually within minutes, with Stripe Instant Payouts.
  • ACH and PAD bank payments: paid out once they clear, typically in 4–5 business days.
  • Without Instant Payouts: paid out on your Stripe payout schedule, usually 2–3 business days.

Instant Payouts are available to eligible Stripe accounts and include a Stripe fee (currently 1.5% in the US and 1% in Canada), paid by the organization. New accounts may need to meet Stripe's eligibility requirements first.

Membership tiers renew automatically on the donor's billing cycle until they cancel — no manual invoicing needed.

The app is built for on-the-go management and in-person tap-to-pay donations; the web platform is best for building campaigns, running reports, and full account setup.
